Start a new manuscript or save the current one.
1. Page setupMargins / font
Use Wide for print. Use Full-width for large tables.
Important for final PDF: click Download PDF only. In Chrome print settings use Margins: None and turn Headers and footers: Off. The builder now creates its own safe page margins inside the PDF.
2. Headings & logoFirst page header
Upload logo here. This controls the first-page journal header above the article title.

Click inside a section, then insert a table or figure at that point.

Paste references only. If the word “References” is included, the system will ignore it and number the actual references.
